This is the bare unit configuration of the Makita DTD152 18V cordless impact driver, supplied without battery or charger. Ideal for tradespeople who already own Makita's 18V LXT battery platform, this option allows you to expand your toolkit without duplicating batteries and chargers, offering excellent value and reducing unnecessary weight in your tool bag.
The DTD152 delivers professional-grade performance with its powerful motor driving up to 3,500 impacts per minute and 165Nm of fastening torque. The compact 1.5kg design ensures excellent manoeuvrability in tight spaces, whilst twin LED job lights illuminate your work area for precision in low-light conditions. Variable speed control via the trigger provides precise operation across all applications, from delicate assembly work to heavy-duty fastening.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance.
