Makita HR006G 40v Max XGT Cordless Brushless Demolition Hammer
The Makita HR006G XGT Twin 40V Max Brushless Cordless Demolition Hammer is a professional-grade SDS-MAX 52mm (2") rotary hammer powered by two 40Vmax XGT Li-Ion batteries in series, delivering exceptional demolition performance. The revolutionary XGT technology ensures optimal synergy between battery and motor for maximum efficiency.
This powerful demolition hammer features Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT) that automatically shuts down the tool if rotation speed suddenly decreases, protecting both operator and equipment. The Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) connects via Bluetooth to compatible dust extractors, which automatically activate when the tool is switched on, maintaining a cleaner working environment.
Designed for demanding demolition tasks, the HR006G offers 2-mode operation (rotation with hammering or hammering only) and includes a "soft no load" function that reduces motor speed during idling to minimise vibration. The variable speed control dial and LED job light provide excellent control and visibility throughout operation. Available with or without batteries included.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
