Makita VC009G 40v Max XGT Cordless Brushless Backpack Vacuum Cleaner
The VC009G is a cordless dry type Backpack Vacuum Cleaner powered by a 40v Max Li-ion XGT battery, to supply energy to the powerful 40v brushless motor. With three different power modes, and low noise level, this is ideal for places where excessive sound becomes a hinderance such as schools, hospitals and offices. The Vacuum uses a HEPA filter which captures 99.97% of particulates .3 microns and larger.
If you are working in the same area, or find yourself repeating the same job, then you could use the memory function so that you know the results you’re going to get. The Vacuum can also connect to Makita’s AWS which will automatically start an external dust extractor so that your collection capacity is increased.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
