Makita VC2000L Wet and Dry L Class Vacuum Cleaner 20L
The Makita VC2000L 240v variant is ideal for standard mains-powered domestic and commercial applications across the UK. This professional L-class wet and dry vacuum cleaner delivers reliable performance with 1000w input power, making it perfect for workshops, construction sites, and industrial cleaning tasks where standard UK mains power is readily available.
Featuring Makita's Push & Clean semi-automatic filter cleaning system, this 240v model maintains optimal suction throughout extended cleaning sessions. The L-class certification ensures 99.0% dust removal, making it suitable for working with mica, china clay, and gypsum. With a 20-litre dry capacity and 13-litre wet capacity, plus 16-litre dust bag, you can work longer between emptying.
Please note: this vacuum cleaner does not have a power take-off socket for connecting to power tools. It operates at a quiet 72 dB(A) and features an integrated carry handle for easy site-to-site transportation.

Important Information about Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaners
The tank capacity quoted is usually quoted for dry vacuuming. Capacity when being used for wet vacuuming will be significantly less than when dry vacuuming. Always read both the wet and dry capacities separately if they are published so as to understand what the difference is.
If in doubt you will always need a larger capacity vacuum than the capacity shown in the title as this will be quoted for dry vacuuming only.
The reason for this reduced capacity is that the water level has to be kept well below the motor and thus the capacity is reduced.
