The Maun 10 Piece Wad Punch Kit Imperial is a professional hollow punch set designed for cutting precise holes and shapes in soft materials. This complete kit enables tradespeople and craftsmen to create accurately shaped gaskets, washers and custom components across a range of applications.

Built to withstand demanding workshop use, the wad punch kit features chemically blackened punches and handle with a rust-proof finish for long-term durability. The centre punch case has been hardened to HRC 57, whilst individual punches are ground to a fine cutting edge then hardened and tempered to HRC 45. The fully heat-treated handle withstands repeated hammer or mallet blows whilst remaining comfortable during extended use.

All punch sizes in the set fit onto a single interchangeable handle, with punches that screw on for quick changes between sizes. A spring-loaded plunger accurately positions the centre of each hole and ejects the slug cleanly. The kit works effectively on felt, rubber, leather, plastic, cork and similar soft materials, making it ideal for vintage vehicle restoration (water pump gaskets), floor covering repairs (cork or vinyl), and leather crafting applications.

This British-made tool is supplied in a lightweight polypropylene storage box. A standard 12 months' warranty applies, extendable to 2 years upon registration.
