This Milwaukee M18 BIW12 18v Cordless 1/2" Drive Impact Wrench is supplied as a complete kit, including 2 x 2Ah Li-ion batteries, a Milwaukee M12-18 multi battery charger, and a kitbox — everything you need to get straight to work on site.
Measuring just 155mm in length, this compact impact wrench is purpose-built for confined spaces without compromising on power. The high-performance 4-pole motor delivers maximum torque output, while Redlink overload protection electronics safeguard both the tool and battery pack from damage under heavy use.
The heavy-duty full metal gearbox ensures reliable, long-lasting performance, and the 1/2" square drive accepts universal sockets for versatile fastening applications. The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
