Milwaukee M18 BLTRC 18v Cordless Brushless Threaded Rod Cutter
This variant of the Milwaukee M18 BLTRC 18v Cordless Brushless Threaded Rod Cutter is supplied as a body-only package with a carry case but no battery or charger included — ideal for professionals already equipped within the Milwaukee M18 platform who want to add this tool to their existing setup.
Powered by a high-performance brushless motor, the M18 BLTRC cuts M6, M8, M10 and M12 mild steel threaded rod, as well as M6, M8 and M10 stainless steel rod. Cuts are clean and burr-free, ready for immediate fastening with no thread reworking required. The rotating die system enables quick changes between rod sizes, while the centred grip and balanced design allow comfortable one-handed use — including overhead and prefabrication work.
Automatic die reopening after each cut keeps repetitive workflows moving efficiently, and the tool can handle rod lengths as short as 38mm for flexible installation work.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
