Portwest Scaffolding Fall Arrest Kit

The Portwest Scaffolding Fall Arrest Kit is a complete height safety solution designed for scaffolders and construction workers operating at height. It combines a full body harness with a double lanyard and essential connection hardware, making it suitable for use on scaffolding structures where fall protection is a legal requirement under the Work at Height Regulations 2005.

At the core of the kit is a 2 Point Comfort Plus harness featuring shoulder adjustment points for a secure, tailored fit across a range of body sizes. The harness is rated to a maximum load of 100kg and is constructed to meet both CE and UKCA marking requirements, confirming compliance with current UK and European personal protective equipment standards.

The double lanyard is built with high quality 12mm kernmantle rope and includes an integrated shock absorber to reduce impact forces during a fall. Twin scaffold hooks allow the user to maintain a continuous connection point when moving between anchor positions — a critical safety practice when working on scaffolding. Everything is supplied in a nylon drawstring bag for organised storage and transport between sites.

With a 10-year shelf life from the manufacturing date, this kit is a practical, long-term investment in site safety for contractors, scaffolding teams, and working-at-height professionals.
