Portwest Shock Absorbing Single Lanyard

The Portwest Shock Absorbing Single Lanyard is a fall arrest lanyard designed to protect workers at height, combining a shock-absorbing energy pack with a scaffold hook for reliable connection to anchor points.

Measuring 180cm in total length, the lanyard includes a 120cm rope, a tear-open energy absorber, a snap hook, and a scaffold hook with a 52mm opening — making it suitable for use on scaffolding and other elevated work environments. The energy absorber deploys on impact, significantly reducing the force transmitted to the user during a fall arrest event.

Rated to a maximum load of 100kg, this lanyard carries both CE certification and UKCA marking, confirming compliance with UK and European personal protective equipment standards. A 10-year shelf life from the manufacturing date (as shown on the product label) ensures long-term serviceability when stored correctly.
