Rawlplug R-NOZ-KEX-II Kemfast Resin Cartridge Mixer Nozzles
The Rawlplug R-NOZ-KEX-II Kemfast Resin Cartridge Mixer Nozzles are static mixing nozzles designed for use with R-KEX-II bonded anchor cartridges in concrete and solid masonry applications.
Each nozzle features a 16-element static mixer that ensures thorough blending of resin and hardener during extrusion. This precise mixing action is critical to the reliability and consistency of the curing process, making these nozzles suitable for demanding fastening work including rebar installation and serial anchoring applications.
A key practical advantage is universal compatibility — a single nozzle fits all cartridge delivery systems for the R-KEX-II range, reducing the need for multiple accessories on site. The nozzles are also extensible, accepting the SP-CE-ED-1m or R-NOZ-EXT extension nozzles where reach into confined spaces is required. Supplied in packs of 10, they are well suited to contractors carrying out repetitive fixing operations.
Features and Benefits:
• 16-element mixing nozzle ensures reliable resin and hardener blending
• Dedicated design for epoxy resins in the R-KEX-II cartridge system
• Universal fit across all R-KEX-II cartridge delivery systems
• Compatible with SP-CE-ED-1m or R-NOZ-EXT extension nozzles for extended reach
• Ideal for serial applications including rebar and structural anchoring
• Available with or without hanger for flexible on-site storage
