Rocol Dry PTFE Spray

The Rocol Dry PTFE Spray is a non-toxic, non-staining lubricant designed for environments where wet lubricants cannot be tolerated. This dry PTFE spray is particularly ideal for dusty settings such as paper mills, bakeries, and food processing facilities where contamination must be avoided. The 400ml aerosol delivers a high concentration of sub-micron PTFE particles that form a long-lasting protective film, extending re-lubrication intervals and reducing maintenance requirements.

Apply to pivots, links, pins and pulleys to prevent wear and extend component life in industrial applications. The dry film lubricant is equally effective as an anti-stick agent on chutes and slides, preventing material build-up without attracting dust or debris. The operating temperature range of -200°C to +270°C makes it suitable for both extreme cold storage environments and high-temperature machinery.

This spray utilises DETEX technology, featuring x-ray and metal detectable plastic aerosol caps and actuators to reduce the risk of plastic contamination in food production areas. NSF H1 registered for incidental food contact, with ISO 21469, Halal and Kosher certifications ensuring full compliance with food industry standards.
