Apply directly onto damp surfaces using a brush or roller, ensuring you extend at least 30cm beyond any damp patches. Once the underlying cause of damp has been addressed and the surface prepared, you'll achieve touch dry results in 2 hours, with the seal ready to paint or wallpaper over after just 4 hours.
