Roughneck Double Cut Round Chainsaw File
The Roughneck Double Cut Round Chainsaw File is a professional-grade sharpening file designed for maintaining and restoring chainsaw chain cutting teeth with precision and efficiency.
Manufactured from heat treated carbon steel, this round file is built to withstand the demands of regular use. The double cut design features two sets of opposing teeth, enabling faster material removal compared to single cut files — making it well suited to chainsaw maintenance tasks where time and accuracy matter.
The file is graded as second cut with medium weight teeth, striking the right balance between aggressive sharpening and controlled material removal. This makes it an effective choice for restoring a dulled chain to working condition without over-filing the tooth profile.
A soft grip handle is included for added comfort during use, reducing fatigue when working through multiple teeth. Please note: the handle colour is supplied at random and will be either yellow/black or red/black.
