Rust Oleum Hard Hat Galva Express Primer Metal Spray Paint
Recommended Uses:
Should be used on new, bare steel or galvanised steel surfaces.
Intended to be applied on small areas or for touch-up.
Can be recoated with non-saponifiable coatings.
Should be used as a primer or as a single coat in light industrial exposures, corrosive environments and high humidity areas.

Propellant: Dimethyl ether
Recommended film thickness: 35 µm dry, equals 100 µm wet
VOC-content: 645 g/l
Drying times 20°C/50% r.v.
To touch: 5 minutes
To handle: 10 minutes
To recoat: Within 1 hour or after 48 hours
Full hardness: 3 days
Heat resistance: 350°C (dry heat)
Coverage:
Theoretical: 1.4 m² per spray can at 35 µm dry
Practical: Practical coverage depends on many factors such as porosity and roughness of the substrate and material losses during application.
