Rust Oleum Hard Hat Transparent Spray Paint
Recommended Uses:
Should be applied over RUST-OLEUM Hard Hat Fluorescent Topcoats 2200 or Metallic Topcoats 2100 or can be used to restore the gloss of faded old coatings.
Can be applied direct on several metals like: aluminium, brass, bronze, chrome and copper.
Intended for small maintenance jobs or for touch-up.
Should be used in light industrial exposures, normal humidity and interior applications.

Recommended film thickness: 15 µm dry, equals 60 µm wet
VOC-content: 651 g/l
Drying times 20°C/50% r.v.
To touch: 15 minutes
To handle: 30 minutes
To recoat: After 1 hour
Full hardness: 3 days
Heat resistance: 100°C (dry heat)
Coverage:
Theoretical: 3.5 m² per spray can at 15 µm dry
Practical: Practical coverage depends on many factors such as porosity and roughness of the substrate and material losses during application.
