Scan Fall Arrest 2 Point Safety Harness

The Scan Fall Arrest 2 Point Safety Harness is a full-body harness designed for work-at-height applications in the construction industry. Featuring a metal D-ring attachment and fully adjustable leg straps, this versatile safety harness provides reliable fall protection for scaffolders, steel erectors and other tradespeople working at elevated positions.

Built with durable polyester webbing, the harness includes front and rear attachment points for maximum flexibility across different working scenarios. The rear dorsal plate incorporates a sliding mechanism that moves upward during a fall to keep the user upright, whilst the robust metal front attachment point ensures secure connection to fall arrest systems. Fully adjustable leg, shoulder and chest straps allow for a comfortable, customised fit on site.

Falls from height remain the most common cause of fatal injury in UK workplaces and the second most common cause of major injuries, accounting for around 15% of all such incidents. Over 7,000 falls from height were reported to the Health and Safety Executive in 2006-07 alone, with 24 proving fatal.
