Sealey Aluminium Abrasive Flap Disc

This 115mm diameter flap disc with 120g fine grit grade delivers superior finishing performance for medium-sized surface preparation tasks. With a Ø115/22mm size and bore configuration, it fits standard 115mm angle grinders and provides excellent coverage for weld cleaning, final surface preparation and finishing work. The 120 grit produces smooth, refined surfaces ready for coating or further treatment.

Manufactured from high-quality aluminium oxide, this disc excels at descaling, rust removal and general surface preparation whilst delivering a fine finish. The abrasive flaps are permanently attached to the rigid disc with epoxy adhesive, eliminating the need for a backing pad and ensuring quick disc changes. The depressed centre design provides safe clearance for controlled operation on both electric and pneumatic angle grinders.
