This 115mm diameter flap disc features a versatile 60g medium grit grade, offering excellent all-round performance for surface preparation tasks. With a Ø115/22mm size and bore configuration, it fits standard angle grinders and provides ideal coverage for descaling, rust removal, weld preparation and general surface finishing. The medium 60 grit balances effective material removal with good surface refinement.

The aluminium oxide construction ensures consistent abrasive performance throughout the disc's operational life. Abrasive flaps are bonded to the rigid disc with high-strength epoxy adhesive, eliminating the need for a separate backing pad and enabling quick fitting. The depressed centre design provides the necessary clearance for safe, controlled operation on both electric and pneumatic angle grinders.
