Constructed from robust die-cast aluminium with a protective rubberised cover, this automatic nozzle is built to withstand the demands of commercial and industrial fuel dispensing applications.

The integrated micro-touch valve technology provides instant automatic shut-off when the tank reaches capacity, preventing overfilling and fuel spillage. This makes it ideal for workshops, agricultural operations, and commercial vehicle fleets where safe fuel handling is essential. The 3-stage trigger-lock mechanism allows operators to maintain continuous flow at their chosen rate, reducing hand fatigue during extended dispensing tasks.

With a 1" BSP inlet connection and 60L/min maximum flow rate, this nozzle delivers efficient fuel transfer whilst maintaining precise control. The 21mm outside diameter nozzle fits standard fuel tank openings. Designed specifically for pumped transfer systems, this nozzle serves as a direct replacement for the Sealey TP955 Diesel/Fluid Transfer System and is compatible with similar pumped dispensing setups. Note that this nozzle is not suitable for gravity-fed dispensing applications.
