This 25mm x 50m emery roll features 80 grit abrasive, providing a coarser cutting action ideal for more aggressive material removal and rust stripping. The 25mm width makes it perfect for working on smaller components, in tight spaces, or along narrow edges where precision access is required, whilst the 80 grit delivers effective stock removal on stubborn rust and surface contaminants.

Manufactured from engineering-grade brown emery cloth, this roll is designed specifically for hand operation on metal surfaces. The coarser 80 grit abrasive is excellent for initial cleaning, heavy rust removal, and preparing heavily oxidised surfaces before moving to finer grades. The flexible cloth backing adapts to irregular shapes and contours, ensuring consistent contact across the work surface.

The convenient dispenser box protects the 50m roll from workshop dust and damage whilst allowing easy, controlled dispensing. This combination of width, length and grit makes it an essential tool for metalworking, engineering and maintenance applications. Not suitable for use on wood.
