The Sealey SA152 is a 100mm air angle grinder engineered for professional grinding, cutting and surface preparation tasks in automotive, fabrication and general workshop applications. Built with a lightweight composite body, this pneumatic grinder minimises operator fatigue during extended use whilst effectively reducing vibration transfer and cold transmission that's common with metal-bodied alternatives.

The tool operates at 12,000rpm free speed with a 90psi working pressure and modest 4cfm air consumption, making it compatible with most workshop compressor setups. The rear exhaust incorporates a noise-reducing baffle to lower operational sound levels, whilst the safety throttle lever prevents accidental activation during handling or when setting down between tasks.

Designed for user convenience, the SA152 features a spindle stop button for quick disc changes using the M10 x 1.5mm threaded spindle. At just 1.8kg, the grinder delivers excellent manoeuvrability in confined spaces and overhead applications. The tool accepts standard 100mm diameter grinding discs (sold separately) and comes supplied with a side handle for enhanced control plus spanners for maintenance and disc fitting.
