Sealey Spill Pallet and Weathertight Storage Unit for IBC Tanks
The Sealey Spill Pallet and Weathertight Storage Unit is a comprehensive bund solution designed for secure outdoor storage of IBC tanks whilst maintaining full regulatory compliance. This robust unit combines a 1200L capacity main bund with an integrated weathertight hardcover, providing complete protection from the elements for liquid storage applications.
Manufactured from 100% polyethylene, this storage system offers excellent chemical resistance and durability for long-term outdoor use. The platform features an integrated 2L in-platform drip tray ideal for containing minor spills during dispensing operations, whilst large apertures allow visual inspection of the main 1200L sump below. The double swing doors incorporate a secure 3-point locking mechanism, with built-in door vents providing essential air circulation and inspection access.
The weathertight hardcover is engineered with ample internal headroom to accommodate IBC mixers, funnels and pumps without restriction, making it suitable for sites requiring frequent access to tank contents. The roof design promotes quick rainwater run-off to the rear, preventing water accumulation.
