Sealey Zirconium Abrasive Flap Disc

Sealey's zirconium flap discs are professional-grade abrasive tools designed for demanding metalworking applications including descaling, derusting, weld preparation, weld cleaning and general surface preparation. More durable than standard aluminium oxide flap discs, the zirconium construction delivers superior longevity and consistent performance throughout the disc's life.

The abrasive flaps are securely attached to a rigid disc using epoxy adhesive, eliminating the need for a separate backing pad and ensuring reliable operation. The depressed centre design makes these discs compatible with both electric and pneumatic angle grinders.

Available in three disc sizes (100mm, 115mm and 125mm) with corresponding bore sizes, and multiple grit grades from coarse 40g through to fine 120g for different finishing requirements. Choose individual discs or convenient multi-packs for better value.
