Siegen S01005 Rotary Air Cut Off Tool 75mm

The Siegen S01005 is a compact 75mm rotary air cut off tool designed for precision cutting work in automotive repair and fabrication. Operating at 20,000rpm with a 90psi air supply, this pneumatic tool delivers fast, controlled cuts through car panel material and exhaust brackets.

Built with operator safety in mind, this rotary air cutter features a metal safety guard to protect against debris and a throttle safety device that prevents accidental activation during handling or storage. At just 0.8kg, the lightweight design reduces operator fatigue during extended cutting tasks.

The tool accepts 75mm diameter cutting discs via a standard 10mm arbor and requires a 1/4" BSP air inlet connection. With relatively low vibration levels of 2.07m/s² and 4cfm air consumption, it's suitable for workshop environments where an appropriate compressor is available.
