Q : I recently changed a barrel lock on a patio door that has 4 point security. Instead of a standard screw with a head there was one of these, but my colleague lost it unfortunately. I cannot remember the exact size but it was about 15-20mm long. Is there a standard size that works with Yale barrel locks? Thanks, Martin
A : Hi Martin, unfortunately this is not a subject I know much about. I imagine if you try contacting Yale they might be able to advise whether they use a standard size across the range, or if you're able to ascertain the model number you might be able to find the relevant documentation?
