Q : Hi i have ordered levels on line before & found them to be inaccurate can you guarantee that it will be accurate to manufacturer spec ? Kind regards Andy
A : Hi Andy, the descriptions and images for our Stabila levels come directly from the supplier (they are automatically uploaded) so we will be showing whatever the supplier has on their system, and I suspect a lot of other retailers will have exactly the same info. In the case of this exact product we don't currently have any in stock so it is hard for us to guarantee it matches the description to the letter as we don't have any to take a look at. I would assume the description is correct but I know its easy for mistakes to creep in as manufacturers product ranges over time and images and descriptions can get outdated - in fact there can sometimes be more than one version of a product in circulation at the same time - so if you want to be 100% sure it may be worth tracking down a level that is available somewhere so someone can physically check the stock for you.

This product carries a product lifetime manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship for the expected life of the product as defined by the manufacturer, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
