Trend 3/83DX1/2TC Two Flute Worktop Jig Router Cutter
The Trend 3/83DX1/2TC is a TCT two flute straight router cutter designed specifically for cutting kitchen worktops, with a 12.7mm diameter and 1/2" shank for use in compatible routers.
Tipped with tungsten carbide, this cutter is built to handle abrasive sheet materials including chipboard, MDF, plywood, hardwoods, and hard plastics — all common in kitchen fitting and worktop installation work. The TCT construction ensures durability and extended cutting life when working with these demanding materials.
The twin flute design delivers a clean, smooth finish to cut edges, making it well suited to applications where edge quality is important. A TCT plunge centre tip allows the cutter to plunge directly into the material, giving greater versatility when routing worktop cutouts such as hob or sink apertures.
