Q : why doesn't my red light turn green when charging after 24 hours?
A : Good morning, I can confirm the user manual does not mention anything in regard to the lights changing colour, if you do think there is an issue I would advise contacting Trend’s technical team for further help.

This product carries a full 1 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
