Trend Alucobond V Groove Router Cutter
The Trend Alucobond V Groove Router Cutter is a specialist tool engineered specifically for use with aluminium composite cladding materials such as Alucobond and Dibond — products comprising an aluminium outer cover bonded to a polyethylene core.
These cutters rout into the back face and core of the panel, creating a precise V-groove that allows the material to be folded cleanly by hand. The result is crisp, professional corners and folds without splitting or deforming the panel — ideal for cladding columns, turning corners, and other architectural applications.
Designed for use in both hand routers and CNC machines, the cutters operate at 12,000–15,000 RPM with a recommended feed speed of 400–600mm/min. No cooling is required during operation. Available with a 1/4" shank in diameters from 13mm to 18mm.
