The Trend Aluminium UPVC Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter is a specialist routing tool engineered for precision work in the window and door fabrication industry. Designed to plunge, drill, and mill lateral slots with exceptional accuracy, these cutters are the go-to choice for slotting, grooving, and recessing aluminium, anodised duralumin, and uPVC extrusions.
Manufactured from special grade HSSE (High Speed Steel Enhanced), these cutters are built to withstand the demands of machining even the most abrasive anodised finishes, offering extended tool life and consistently clean results. The single flute helical upcut geometry provides a shearing action that ensures fast waste clearance and a superior surface finish.
All variants carry a 'K' mark shank to support safe working practices, and are available in diameters from 3mm to 10mm, with 8mm or 1/4" shank options to suit a range of CNC and routing setups.
