This Trend HSSE Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter features a 3mm diameter with a 12mm cut length and 1/4" shank, combining the finest cutting diameter in the range with a 1/4" shank for use with imperial collet routers and CNC machines. This variant is the ideal choice when precision narrow-slot machining is required and a metric 8mm collet is not available.

The single flute helical upcut geometry delivers a precise shearing cut with efficient swarf evacuation, ensuring clean and accurate results in narrow slot profiles within aluminium and uPVC extrusions. Well suited to detailed window and door fabrication work where tight tolerances are essential.
