Trend Aluminium UPVC Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter
This Trend HSSE Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter features a 5mm diameter with a 12mm cut length and 8mm shank, designed for precision slotting, grooving, and milling of clean, accurate apertures in uPVC, aluminium, and anodised aluminium on CNC machines. The 5mm diameter is ideal for fine slot profiles commonly encountered in window and door extrusion work.
The single flute helical upcut geometry provides a shearing cut with fast clearance of waste material, resulting in exceptionally clean cuts even in demanding anodised finishes. The 8mm shank offers increased support under load, reducing deflection and maintaining accuracy throughout machining.
Manufactured from special grade HSSE for superior durability and extended tool life. The 'K' mark shank supports safe working practices. Always use with a coolant, wax stick, or lubricant, and ensure material is securely clamped.
