Trend Aluminium UPVC Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter
This Trend HSSE Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter features a 10mm diameter with a 14mm cut length and 8mm shank, making it well suited to wider slot and recess profiles in aluminium and uPVC extrusions. The larger 10mm cutting diameter is ideal for milling broader apertures and channels in window and door fabrication.
The single flute helical upcut design provides a clean, precise shearing cut with efficient clearance of swarf, ensuring an accurate and smooth finish on aluminium and anodised surfaces. The 8mm shank delivers the rigidity required for reliable performance on CNC routing machines.
Manufactured from special grade HSSE for superior durability when machining abrasive anodised finishes. Always use with a coolant, wax stick, or lubricant, and ensure the workpiece is securely clamped.
