Trend Aluminium UPVC Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter
This Trend HSSE Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter features a 5mm diameter with an extended 40mm cut length and 8mm shank, making it the ideal choice when deeper slots or recesses are required in aluminium and uPVC extrusions. The longer cut length provides greater reach for deep-profile slotting operations.
The single flute helical upcut design ensures a clean, accurate cut with efficient waste clearance throughout the full depth of cut. The 8mm shank delivers excellent rigidity and support, keeping deflection to a minimum during demanding CNC routing operations.
Manufactured from special grade HSSE, this cutter handles even the most abrasive anodised finishes with ease. Always use with a coolant, wax stick, or lubricant, and ensure the workpiece is securely clamped before machining.
