Trend Aluminium UPVC Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter
This Trend HSSE Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter features a 6mm diameter with a 14mm cut length and 8mm shank, providing a compact cutting diameter well suited to medium-width slotting and recessing operations in aluminium and uPVC extrusions. The 6mm diameter sits between the finer 5mm and the more substantial 8mm options, offering useful versatility for window and door fabrication work.
The single flute helical upcut design delivers a precise shearing cut with efficient waste evacuation, ensuring a clean and accurate finish on slots, grooves, and apertures. The 8mm shank provides excellent rigidity and load support during CNC routing operations.
Manufactured from special grade HSSE for durability on abrasive anodised surfaces. Always use with a coolant, wax stick, or lubricant, and ensure the workpiece is securely clamped.
