Trend Aluminium UPVC Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter
This Trend HSSE Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter features a 5mm diameter with a 14mm cut length and 8mm shank, making it a versatile option for fine slotting and recessing work in aluminium and uPVC extrusions. The 5mm diameter is well suited to narrower slot profiles commonly found in window and door fabrication.
The single flute helical upcut geometry delivers a precise shearing cut with efficient waste clearance, ensuring a clean finish on even the most demanding anodised surfaces. The 8mm shank provides increased rigidity and support under load, ideal for use on CNC routing machines.
Manufactured from special grade HSSE, this cutter offers superior durability when machining abrasive anodised aluminium. Always use with a coolant, wax stick, or lubricant, and ensure the workpiece is securely clamped before machining.
