Trend Aluminium UPVC Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter
This Trend HSSE Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter features a 3mm diameter with a 12mm cut length and 8mm shank, representing the finest cutting diameter in the range and designed for highly precise narrow slotting and recessing in aluminium and uPVC extrusions. The 3mm diameter is ideal for delicate apertures and tight profiles within window and door fabrication.
The single flute helical upcut design delivers a clean and accurate shearing cut with fast chip clearance, maintaining precision even in abrasive anodised materials. The 8mm shank provides the rigidity needed to support such a fine cutting diameter under load during CNC operations.
Manufactured from special grade HSSE for superior wear resistance on demanding anodised finishes. Always use with a coolant, wax stick, or lubricant, and ensure the workpiece is securely clamped.
