Trend Aluminium UPVC Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter
This Trend HSSE Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter features a 5mm diameter with a 12mm cut length and 1/4" shank, providing a fine 5mm cutting diameter in a format compatible with 1/4" collet routers and CNC machines. This combination is ideal where metric 8mm collets are unavailable but precision 5mm slotting capability is required.
The single flute helical upcut design delivers a precise shearing cut with efficient swarf removal, ensuring clean and accurate results when machining slots, grooves, and recesses in aluminium and uPVC extrusions. Well suited to specialist window and door fabrication applications.
Manufactured from special grade HSSE for durability on even the most abrasive anodised finishes. Always use with a coolant, wax stick, or lubricant, and ensure the workpiece is securely clamped before machining.
