Trend Aluminium UPVC Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter
This Trend HSSE Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter features a 4mm diameter with a 12mm cut length and 8mm shank, making it one of the finer diameter options in the range and ideal for narrow slot profiles and precision recessing work in aluminium and uPVC extrusions. The 4mm cutting diameter is particularly useful for tight-tolerance apertures in window and door components.
The single flute helical upcut geometry ensures a clean shearing cut with fast and efficient waste clearance, producing accurate results even in demanding anodised materials. The 8mm shank provides excellent support and minimises deflection during CNC routing operations.
Manufactured from special grade HSSE for extended tool life on abrasive anodised surfaces. Always use with a coolant, wax stick, or lubricant, and ensure the workpiece is securely clamped.
