Trend Aluminium UPVC Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter
This Trend HSSE Single Flute Helical Upcut Cutter features a 10mm diameter with a 14mm cut length and 1/4" shank, offering the wider cutting capability of a 10mm diameter in a format compatible with 1/4" collet routers and CNC machines. The 1/4" shank makes this an excellent choice where metric 8mm collets are not available.
The single flute helical upcut geometry delivers a precise shearing cut with fast swarf evacuation, producing clean and accurate results when slotting or recessing aluminium and uPVC extrusions. The 10mm diameter is ideal for milling broader channels and apertures in window and door profiles.
Manufactured from special grade HSSE for excellent resistance to wear on abrasive anodised surfaces. Always use with a coolant, wax stick, or lubricant, and ensure the workpiece is securely clamped.
