The Trend Aluminium UPVC Single Flute Narrow Neck Helical Cutter in 8mm diameter cut with a 14mm cut length is the largest diameter option in the range, providing maximum material removal capacity for routing wider slots and recesses in aluminium and uPVC extrusions on CNC machines.
The narrow extended neck profile allows the cutter to plunge through the top face up to 54mm, enabling effective secondary cutting on deep webbed profiles — a key advantage in window and door fabrication. The single flute helical up-cut design delivers a precise shearing cut with fast clearance of waste for consistently clean results.
Manufactured from special grade HSSE, this cutter is built for durability when machining the most abrasive anodised finishes. The 8mm shank provides excellent rigidity and support under load, and the 'K' mark shank ensures compliance with safe working practices.
