Trend AR/JIG Worktop Aperture and Radius Jig

The Trend AR/JIG Worktop Aperture and Radius Jig is a precision routing jig designed for cutting apertures, recesses, and radius curves in kitchen worktops to accommodate sinks, hobs, and curved cabinetry installations.

Constructed from 12mm CNC machined Compact Grade High Pressure Laminate, this jig is built to withstand repeated use on site. The material offers excellent dimensional stability, ensuring accurate, repeatable results across multiple cuts.

The jig handles a wide range of routing tasks in a single tool. Internal radius curves are available at 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, and 250mm, while external radii of 50mm, 100mm, and 200mm are also catered for. A central straight slot accommodates cuts up to 820mm in length, and a 90-degree corner cut can be combined with the straight slot to complete full sink or hob apertures.

Additional features include a 45-degree end cut facility and recesses for 26mm and 35mm cabinet door hinges, making this jig suitable for a broader range of kitchen fitting tasks. Positioning is aided by engraved sight lines and paired peg holes for each radius curve, which index the jig accurately to the worktop edge.

Each radius curve is paired with peg holes to locate the jig consistently at the worktop edge. The included ABS plastic pins provide reliable registration without risk of marking the workpiece surface.
