Trend Bearing Guided Biscuit Jointer Set
The Trend Bearing Guided Biscuit Jointer Set is a precision routing solution designed for biscuit jointing of timber, man-made fibre, and particle board. Compatible with a standard router, this set delivers clean, accurate slots for strong, reliable joints across a range of board types and thicknesses.
The set includes three sizes of bearing, each setting the correct depth of cut for the corresponding biscuit size. A slightly longer cut than the biscuit length is made to allow lateral play for easy alignment during assembly. Water-based PVA glue is used with the biscuits, which expands as moisture is absorbed, creating a tight, durable bond once boards are clamped and the glue cures. For larger boards, biscuits can be doubled up by making two passes.
Available with 1/4", 1/2", or 8mm shank diameters to suit a wide range of routers.
