Trend Bearing Guided Finger Jointer Set
The Trend Bearing Guided Finger Jointer Set is a specialist router cutter assembly designed to create strong, interlocking finger joints in timber using a compatible 1/2 inch collet router.
The set combines five TCT slotting cutters with an abutting-edge cutter to produce a finger joint profile that extends the glue line threefold, resulting in a significantly stronger bond than a standard butt joint. This makes it well suited to structural timber jointing, frame construction, and any application where a durable, glued timber connection is required.
The assembly fits any portable or stationary router fitted with a 1/2 inch collet, offering versatility across bench-mounted and handheld setups. Timber must be machined square before cutting, and the cutters should be stacked at 90 degrees to one another to distribute stress evenly across the tool during use.
