Trend Bearing Guided Glazing Bar Ovolo Joint Router Cutter
The Trend Bearing Guided Glazing Bar Ovolo Joint Router Cutter is a specialist router cutter designed for producing ovolo moulded glazing bar joints on window frames and similar joinery applications.
The integrated bearing guide simplifies the setting-up process, allowing the cutter to follow the workpiece edge accurately without the need for additional fences or guides. This also makes it suitable for moulding curved frames, extending its versatility beyond straight runs.
With a 28mm cutting diameter, 19mm cut length, and a 10mm radius, this cutter produces a well-defined ovolo profile suited to traditional-style window glazing bars. The 12.7mm (½") bearing diameter ensures consistent guidance throughout the cut, and the ¼" shank fits a wide range of standard router collets.
