The Trend Bearing Guided Variable Quad Groover Set is a professional router bit set designed for precision grooving and jointing work, offering exceptional versatility in a single kit.

Fitted with a 1/2 inch shank, the set delivers four fixed grooving widths of 3.2mm, 4.0mm, 4.8mm and 6.3mm. When the four 2-wing groovers are used in combination on the arbor, the cut width becomes infinitely variable from 6.6mm to 18mm in fine 0.1mm increments — giving carpenters and joiners precise control over groove dimensions to suit the material in hand.

The included ball bearing enables a jointing facility, making this set suitable for edge-to-edge jointing applications as well as standard grooving work. It can also be used for tongue and groove work on boards ranging from 9mm to 22mm, extending its usefulness across a range of timber joinery tasks.
