The Trend Bearing Guided Window Board Router Cutter is a specialist routing bit designed to profile window boards up to 25mm thick, producing a neat, shallow nosing detail in two passes.
Fitted with a 12.7mm guide bearing, the cutter follows the edge of the workpiece accurately, ensuring consistent results without the need for a fence or guide rail. This makes it well suited to window board installation work where a clean, repeatable profile is essential.
With a 30mm cutting diameter and a 16mm cut length, the bit is sized specifically for standard window board applications. The two-pass method creates the characteristic shallow nosing profile typically used to finish interior window boards where they meet the wall plaster or render line.
