The Trend CRAFTPRO Aquamac 63 Recess Router Cutter is a specialist window industry bit designed to accommodate the Schlegel Aquamac 63 or Exitex Aquatex P6 weather strip systems in timber window applications.

Engineered for precision rebating work, this cutter creates a recessed slot that allows for a particularly small gap between sash and frame — a critical requirement when fitting high-performance weather sealing systems. The design ensures a tight, draught-resistant fit without compromising the integrity of the frame profile.

The cutter offers flexible positioning, allowing the slot to be placed either part way down the side of the rebate or at the bottom of the rebate. This versatility makes it well suited to both new window fabrication and the refurbishment of existing timber sash and casement frames.
