Trend CRAFTPRO Intumescent Recesser Bearing Guided Router Cutter

This variant of the Trend CRAFTPRO Intumescent Recesser Router Cutter features a 40mm diameter cut and a 10mm cut length, designed specifically for routing grooves to accept 10mm wide intumescent strip in door edges and frames.

The bearing guide ensures the correct depth and width are achieved on every pass, helping you meet fire regulations without the need for repeated measuring or adjustment. The groove position can be altered using the router plunge, allowing for the correct setting for 30-minute fire and smoke protection.

A PTFE coating minimises heat and resin build-up during cutting, extending cutter life and maintaining performance. The 1/2" 'K'-mark shank is designed for use in larger, heavier-duty routers and ensures safe working practice throughout.
