Trend CRAFTPRO Intumescent Recesser Bearing Guided Router Cutter
This variant of the Trend CRAFTPRO Intumescent Recesser Router Cutter has a 40mm diameter cut and a 15mm cut length, purpose-built for routing grooves to accept 15mm wide intumescent strip in door edges and frames.
The precision bearing guide ensures the correct 4mm depth and 15mm width are always achieved, keeping your installation compliant with fire regulations. The groove position can be adjusted using the router plunge, allowing for the correct setting for 45-minute fire and smoke protection.
A PTFE coating minimises heat and resin build-up during use, improving both performance and cutter longevity. The 1/2" 'K'-mark shank is suited to heavier applications with larger routers, ensuring safe and reliable working practice.
